2013 NCAA FBS Top 25 Ranking for Week 14

Here is the latest NCAA FBS Top 25 after last weekend.  What is interesting to me anyway is that the AP, USA Today and Harris Poll's all agree that Alabama is not the #1 team in the nation and that Florida State is the #1 team in the nation for the first time this season.  For the record, the statistical model that I use to rank NCAA FBS teams has had Florida State as the most productive team in the FBS for the previous two weeks.  Admittedly, Auburn winning on the last play does not really mean that Alabama is worse than Auburn (my model has Alabama as more productive than Auburn even after 'Bama's loss last weekend).  Yet it is nice to have some "validation" that the method used in this blog is similar (at least for the #1 team) to the experts.  Sorry Buckeye fans, but Ohio State only ranks #5.

Here are all the teams in the Top 25, with all the previous rankings for this season at the bottom of this blog post.
