2013 Pacific Athletic Conference Championship Game

The Pacific Athletic Conference game has the Arizona State Sun Devils hosting the Stanford Cardinal.  So here is the analysis of the game using the Complex Invasion College Football Production Model.

Arizona State is currently 10-2 playing against an "tougher" strength of schedule as compare to the "league" average.  The Sun Devil's best victory of the season was the controversial game against currently ranked #9 Wisconsin.  Arizona State's worst loss was to currently ranked #59 Notre Dame.  As of last weekend, Arizona State was ranked #15 overall in terms of overall production, with the #18 most productive offense and the #18 most productive defense.

Stanford is currently 10-2 also playing against a "tougher" strength of schedule as compare to the "league" average.  Stanford's best win was a 26-20 over currently ranked #2 Oregon, and their worst loss was to currently ranked #81 Utah.  The Cardinal are currently ranked as the #31 ranked team in overall production and has the #52 ranked offense and the #11 defense.

While Arizona State is more productive than Stanford, remember that Stanford defeated ASU earlier in the season.
