NCAA FBS Bowl Games

From the "if you build it..." perspective, ESPN reports that there will be 39 bowl games at the end of the 2014 NCAA FBS season, meaning that there will need to be 78 teams with at least six victories (unless you allow those with a losing record to go bowling).
