Colorado Fires Head Football Coach Dorrell

Yesterday, the University of Colorado fired head football coach Karl Dorrell.  Dorrell was 8-15 in about two and a third seasons at the helm of the Buffaloes.  Here is a look at the Colorado football program since 2008 (the first year that of complete data I have).  This time period covers the last three seasons of head football coach Dan Hawkins (2008-2010), Jon Embree (2011-2012), Mike MacIntyre (2013-2018), Mel Tucker (2019) and Karl Dorrell (2019-2022*).  After the figure below is a more detailed look at the Colorado Buffaloes football program during head coach Dorrell's tenure based on the Complex Invasion College Football Production Model using data provided by www.cfbstats.com.  (The vertical school color bars represent seasons where head coaches changed).
