Louisiana Monroe fires head football coach Matt Viator

Louisiana-Monroe fired head football coach Matt Viator after a dismal (0-10) start to the 2020 season.  Below is a figure of the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks since 2008: under the last two seasons of head football coach Charlie Weatherbie (2008-2009), Todd Berry (2010-2015), and head football coach Matt Viator (2016-2020).  As you will notice the Warhawks have been well below average under all five seasons with Viator.
