Florida Fires Head Football Coach Billy Napier

Florida has fired head football coach Billy Napier during his fourth season at the helm of the Gators football program.  Here is a look at the Florida Gator football program since 2008 (the first year that in which I have data for the model) and partially covers Urban Meyer (2008-2010), Wil Muschamp (2011-2014), Jim McElwain (2015-2017), Dan Mullen (2018-2021) and Billy Napier (2022-2025*).  After the figure below is a more detailed look at the Florida Gators football program during head coach Napier's tenure based on the Complex Invasion College Football Production Model using data provided by www.cfbstats.com.  (The vertical school color bars represent seasons where head coaches changed).
