MLB Payroll Tax for 2013

The USA Today reports that only the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers are subject to MLB's payroll tax for this past season.  Also as you read farther in the article, the author gives a lot of anecdotal evidence as to the limited link between payroll and performance - a subject that Dave, Marty and I have written about.
